![]() ![]() When it has finished setting up the system, and it asks you to insert a DVD or select a source file, you can abort the install and it will ASK YOU if you want to KEEP the installed files. You can clean up the Library the installer begins to create afterwards (I choose a convenient Location "G:\DAW Lib 3 \ Magix to delete\" so I can see what it placed there and easily delete afterwards). (You must run the "Pro" installer if you want to access more than the 'basic' library) NOTE: I would suggest renaming your existing Library during the install so your actual library remains untouched. You can run the installer of your choice and it will place the needed files in your system and begin to build a Library folder for you. It has an installer for a minimal setup and one for a full setup. I have not tried this as a new install on a "virgin" system, but cleaned up and installed Independence and the libraries enough to be quite sure that: This 3.0.1 library CAN be used by Independence IF YOU USE THE INSTALLERS provided in the 2019 package: MAGIX Independence Pro Library v3.0 DVD9 D1-9-R2R The installers are in the first DVD, so you only need to download that one. ![]()
